Take the apple and cut it in half, make a hole in the centre, removing the heart of the fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then write the name of the loved one 3 times on the paper and put it into the fruit, add honey, cinnamon, powder and oil. Place the magnet on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then put the fruit back together with the other half and ‘coat’ the apple on the outside with a mixture of honey, cinnamon, powder and oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Wrap the whole thing up in a red cloth and store it in a high, dark place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
